I love that it can be used with other services such as Slack, Asana etc so you don't have any silos in your business but rather everything works together seamlessly! The integration could improve though - there are certain functions within Oproove where we would like more control over how our data flows/is stored (e.g., if someone deletes something they've uploaded). We use this primarily internally however do occasionally share documents externally when appropriate e.g.: If sending out information about upcoming events then sharing via email vs internal document storage using google drive & link shared directly into message body.
