All 4 I bought are dead 😭

Originally bought in January 2019. June 2019 and one of the LEDs is burned out and not working! I'm very angry, the company was replaced and they burned down again! Within 6 months. Don't buy this. I wasted my money. Reassembled everything and again the 4 LED modules I have on my machine are ALL dead. None of them work. After replacing and buying a new one, the problems reappeared.
