Okay I bought this for my autistic daughter because she has all sorts of sensory issues. She seems to be suffering from sensory overload and is on the verge of a nervous breakdown. We've never diagnosed her with sensory processing and never gotten help trying to regulate it, so I did some research and found that people were basically using them so many times a day to brush their baby a certain way, to help them de-escalate. I watched a youtube video on how they do it and got this brush. So I found out that this can be very useful and you can make it however you want. My daughter loves it, she will melt and we just rub it over her skin and she will instantly calm down! She brought it to me so I could rub her hands. It certainly helped us a lot and is definitely worth having on hand. The price is a bit steep at $8 but this is a quality brush and will last a long time.
