which didn't make her happy but made her safe

I adopted my dog from the animal shelter and she knew no bounds. She could jump a 5 foot fence and I didn't know how to hold her until I got it. She was electrocuted a few times, which didn't make her happy, but at least kept her in the safe zone. I've had this wireless dog fence system for a long time, now she doesn't even think to leave the yard until I take her collar off and take her for a walk. I have a two acre yard and it covers the entire area.
