New batteries and it worked
As stated in another review the batteries were included but dead. I always have a drawer full of batteries, so that's not a problem. New batteries and it worked straight away. This made my little son very happy. For me it was definitely worth the money. Just make sure you have AAA batteries handy.
- There is an on/off switch on the handle to turn the brush on and off.
