I can't tell you how much I love this bag. It has so much space, so many compartments and the top zippers are fully closed (most bags of this size that I have found don't have the top fully closed). Lots of space for laptop/tablet, diaries, files and folders. I even put my lunch there today. I also really like the shoulder strap - it was one of the main reasons for the purchase. It's hard to get yourself and the kids out of the house in the morning and now there's one less thing to do. i love this bag
