In general I like the bag very much! It's cute, functional and incredibly spacious. I use it for work and I can put my laptop, charger, headphones, wallet, pencil case, agenda, water bottle, lotion, band aids, keys, feminine hygiene products and more in this bag! My biggest complaints: one of the panels has come off and I can't put it back on, and the straps aren't very comfortable (2 small ones). My shoulders hurt when I'm not carrying my bag properly, wish they had a little padding to help…

So I really like the bag, I got it as a work bag but I'm disappointed that mine didn't have a detachable strap. Another person in my office has the same bag and it has a strap and I don't. She got hers in January, mine in April and my arm straps look so worn. Like it won't last long but it still looks brand new and we have the same size laptop in ours. I'm a little disappointed especially after seeing someone in the office who has one but she had it longer, she had a better fit and it came with

Plenty of room inside with a padded laptop compartment, two file folders and more, a large zipped compartment, a small zipped pocket, a large open pocket and multiple slots for pens, business cards and more. The handles can be adjusted to carry the bag on the shoulder. This bag stands up when I put it on the floor - without tipping over or spilling papers and laptop :)

Nice bag. My computer fits in perfectly, as well as many other things at the same time. Lots of compartments and lots of space! The shoulder strap is adjustable and fits well no matter how tall/low the wearer is AND it doesn't fall off the shoulder. I also bought a black one, it looks very nice. I am very satisfied with this product.

I can't tell you how much I love this bag. It has so much space, so many compartments and the top zippers are fully closed (most bags of this size that I have found don't have the top fully closed). Lots of space for laptop/tablet, diaries, files and folders. I even put my lunch there today. I also really like the shoulder strap - it was one of the main reasons for the purchase. I bought this bag to carry my study materials, computers and liquids to and from school. The square bottom and three large pockets hold my computer, computer applications, and study materials, as well as a bottle of water and a cup of coffee. The straps are adjustable so it doesn't hit the ground on short handles and has a shoulder strap for when I need a free hand. I just love it. Beautiful, powerful and stylish.

Overall very happy with this purchase. I bought it for my wife's Mac Pro, it's one of the older models but the case still holds the weight well. There are several branches, which is also a plus. I'll have to update the rating on its durability later if it doesn't live up to expectations, but for now I'm not worried about that. Very good! Stable, the straps are very well made and I can put a lot in this bag! The only thing I don't like is that the photo of the bag is better than the real thing. it's a bit shiny in person (I was expecting it to be a matte, matte leather) and the crocodile leather detailing looks a bit off.
