So I really like the bag, I got it as a work bag but I'm disappointed that mine didn't have a detachable strap. Another person in my office has the same bag and it has a strap and I don't. She got hers in January, mine in April and my arm straps look so worn. Like it won't last long but it still looks brand new and we have the same size laptop in ours. I'm a little disappointed especially after seeing someone in the office who has one but she had it longer, she had a better fit and it came with a strap.
