Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. I had some issues with the tape and it was probably bad. However, a support rep contacted me and offered a replacement. I received the replacement today and it fits great. It doesn't look like there will be any problems. I love my watch and now with a new strap it looks brand new and will last me another 3 years.
