Excellent customer service. I had some issues with the tape and it was probably bad. However, a support rep contacted me and offered a replacement. I received the replacement today and it fits great. It doesn't look like there will be any problems. I love my watch and now with a new strap it looks brand new and will last me another 3 years.

This is an amazing Skagen watch strap. It's soft and very comfortable. It's also great that there are four small screws included in the kit. If you lose the original or cut your head off, enjoy the extra included with your purchase along with the watch strap.

Well I had to work hard to change the strap because the small screwdriver that came with the new strap ripped off the screws so it was not easy to loosen the screws. Luckily new screws are included with your purchase so I was able to use the new (not removed) screws to reattach the strap. As for the tape itself, I'm satisfied with its high quality, just like the original. Let's hope it lasts, time will tell.

I bought this strap for my black Skagen men's watch #233XXLSLB, the original straps were starting to break. They look like a reasonable replacement for the original belts and are easy to replace. These straps come with four screws which come in handy if you lose or damage the screws when replacing the strap as the screws are very small. Although the end of the belt with the buckle containing the holes is pointed while the original was straight. EASY TO REPLACE These straps were easy to replace.

You have to feel the leather, test for flexibility and ensure an exact fit, especially when the strap is screwed. This group is exactly what I was hoping for.
