but heck they're bright
I ordered these for my dad's tundra after noticing his incandescent bedside lamps had actually started to melt their plastic casing (they stay on a lot - thanks Toyota Electric Gremlins). They had to be twisted a bit to fit the sockets, but damn they're bright! Now you can really see something with bedside lamps. Also, they have some sort of built-in rectifier, so you can connect them however you want and they won't care.
