****UPDATE*** This is an update to the previous review. My original card didn't work. I contacted Sandisk as this memory card has a lifetime warranty. I sent it to them and received a replacement memory card today. I installed it on my phone and am happy to report that it works. I was very satisfied with their customer service and nice response to help me with my problem. Got a replacement with no problems. I am now happy with this product and am updating my review.___________________________________________________________________________________________________ I purchased this item a few months ago and just hooked it up to my phone. I was in the school program for a few months so I couldn't put it in my phone before and I didn't think I would have any memory card problems and now I have it. It doesn't work at all and can't be formatted on my phone or computer. I lost at least $90 using this memory card and now I can't get it back because it's been over 30 days. I see there are people here having the same problem formatting this card. I know it's a card because I used another card in my phone to test it and it read fine.
