Safety Tape Roll Best in Occupational Safety

Overall it was exactly what I was looking for - a rough texture for good grip but I'm only giving it 2 stars because of the poor handle. I wanted it for some plywood stairs and steps in my basement but it just doesn't have the wand power I was hoping for. If I had to guess, I'd say he only has about 25% of what he needs. I suppose if you have a perfect glass surface it will stick well, but that's not really what this gritty tape is for. Also, my basement isn't heated - it stays at 54 degrees (F) year round, so that doesn't help. Perhaps it would work better if the tape was applied to a very warm, smooth concrete surface.
