I'm 5'7 and I look more like Fred Flintstone. I wear a 46R jacket. I originally bought size XL and it turned out to be too big, especially around the waist. I changed it to a large one and it was a bit tight in my hands. Basically, I like the shirt. It's a durable material and I love the snaps.
