THE WORST PILLOW! suitable for neck and neck pillows

This pillow is the worst pillow I've ever bought. It's so hard that it literally hurts my head trying to sleep on it. I bought this because he said it would be hollow where your head would rest to survive the pressure. I think they forgot. I tried to get used to it for a week but just had to get it out of bed. This is honestly the hardest pillow I've ever had. I have spent a lot of money on pillows due to neck problems, this one is the WORST!
