I recently had the unfortunate experience of buying a riding accessory from YunSCM, a business that professes to be enthusiastic about cycling and to offer top-notch customer service. Unfortunately, I had a very poor encounter. First of all, the product I got was subpar and did not live up to expectations. Second, the customer service was poor, with protracted hold periods and unhelpful staff members who seemed uninterested in helping me resolve my problem. It irritates me when businesses make grand declarations about their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction but then fall short in both. As a dedicated biker, I was dissatisfied with YunSCM and would not suggest them to other cyclists.
