This should work, but my head gets so hot that I feel uncomfortable even with the air conditioning on. The coin tour works well but flattens out quickly and then just looks like a flat pillow. I love the idea and the design and it felt good on day one but gradually got flatter and flatter. I tried waking up to use it again for a week but it just wasn't right. The worst is the heat that builds up on the back of the head while sleeping. This wakes me up and I have to go back to my regular pillows. It might work for you, but it didn't work for me.
