It's LOTS redesigned - Super excessive width makes it too heavy AND the width makes the blade look like an ax NOT a knife. The shell is also SUPER thick - belt clip 10 layers wide. The result is a massively heavy, imperceptible, bad cut no matter how the blade is sharpened. I sent it back within 10 days of receipt, about 30 days later they said they never received it and charged me! Revain's messages were an automatic reply. Aside from the shipping and fulfillment center guys, are there PEOPLE in customer service, Revain?
