When you have an issue, there is someone to help with that problem immediately! Very fast response time for all of our needs - from scheduling meetings or just helping out when we need them most (like now!).

I think my favorite feature so far has been how simple they can make managing your budgeting/accounts easy too!! Nothing as much yet though but if something does come up then i'm sure their team will get back right away :) My main concern at this point would be getting more clients onboard sooner rather than later. The fact that everyone works together seamlessly makes things run smoothly even without any training needed by us newbies like me :). Great experience thusfar especially considering its such not-for profit organization ;).
