I accidentally ordered 2 for Christmas. Delivery is normal for this time of year. I received them and thought I'd send another one back. So I used one, it worked great initially. Heats up very quickly. After a few minutes, the fever just goes away. It doesn't stay that hot after the first 30 seconds or so. So I thought maybe it's just a bad rectifier. Happens. And I was like, "Hey! I have an extra one, I'll just see if it works better." But to my horror, he did the same. :(So after turning the comb on and off about 17 times at such a high heat, I was able to straighten my hair finish smoothing. Can it be that I had 2 defective devices?
