To be honest I was surprised at how much I like this back brace. I use it when I work in the garden, especially in the garden where I often bend and stand. Doesn't matter! Without them I was miserable after an hour or two. With the bandage I was able to garden much longer and felt great. It's very easy to use and stays in place. This was very comfortable, but at the same time provided the necessary support. I've tried a corset in the past that looked like an underwire at the back and it was very uncomfortable. This is a huge improvement.
