I had back surgery a few years ago and have had constant back pain ever since. Unlike other back braces I've tried, this one fits my clothes without being bulky while still providing light support. I highly recommend this for light back support.

Provided the center back support I needed but was lower in the front which was comfortable for women. Adjustment was easy and could be as tight as you need it. The only minor complaint is that it was a little rough on bare skin but not enough not to wear it and when it's cooler I put on a shirt.

I have arthritis in my lower back and this brace helps keep my spine straight and upright resulting in less pain. The two lumbar pillows help keep me straight and the additional adjustable straps help customize the support I need as my situation changes. It's also lightweight and fits easily under a sweater or loose shirt. Highly recommended.

I'm updating my review on this product. I was very frustrated that the instructions were only on a square inch of paper and that was barely enough. In truth, it's easy to use. No heavy support, can be carried at home for easy carrying. It could be slightly improved by adding a pocket next to the tailbone to insert a small support.

To be honest I was surprised at how much I like this back brace. I use it when I work in the garden, especially in the garden where I often bend and stand. Doesn't matter! Without them I was miserable after an hour or two. With the bandage I was able to garden much longer and felt great. It's very easy to use and stays in place. It's amazing how such a simple item can completely relieve back pain. I ride my bike and without this support the lower back pain would be unbearable. With this support I don't feel any pain on the bike. It only weighs 7 ounces and I prefer a light element over heavier supports. Had a different brand, was strong and gave great support, it was very wide vertically and awkward. Heavy and stuck in my fatty intestine and stomach. It solves all of these problems.
