Had a different brand, was strong and gave great support, it was very wide vertically and awkward. Heavy and stuck in my fatty intestine and stomach. It solves all of these problems. It's thin and very light. They offer about the same support, fit very well, and can be snug without much of the heaviness of a back brace. It's perfect, couldn't be happier when it arrived. I had lumbar fusion surgery 2 years ago, I was looking for an equally good but much lighter and thinner support belt/sling, this is just perfect. The man said he does not offer support, this is WRONG. Offers a lot of support; much more breathable mesh and more comfortable. So happy with this purchase and value. Much easier to store and carry around, another bonus. Hats off.
