I don't know how durable this hairpin is but I found it useless. I watched tons of YouTube videos and read the guides so I had a good idea on how to use it. Basically, a bubble lever potato chip clip is pretty expensive. I would say it should be a maximum of $15. When using this clamp, the bladder arm did not move. I moved the clip from side to side and even tapped it and it didn't move. It eventually moved when I unclipped it, which meant repeating the process over and over again. Maybe I got a defective one. Who knows? Since I cut my own hair, I decided to try giving myself some layers. This gave me light layers so I may have to repeat the process to get the desired result.
