I didn't like everything about it, it was bulky, bulky, too many cords going in different directions. I heard it hum but never felt a massage effect. The heat was the only thing that worked. It was like a blood pressure cuff, tightening and tightening and never starting a massage. To make matters worse not being able to return it, I've ordered many items from Revain and have always been able to return items that didn't satisfy me. After this experience, I now know that I need to check the return policy before ordering. I think my only option is to take it to Goodwill because it's really a waste of my money. Sincerely, S Davis
