The material is nicer than most cheap leggings/jeggings. It has a bit more of an office-wear feel to it. The fit is very comfortable and not TOO skinny, but a bit wider than I prefer around the ankles. I’m between a 24 and 26 and the 24 fit me very comfortably with a bit of room in the legs. I’m 5’9” with long legs and the length was fine- similar to an ankle pant. My issue is the pocket placement- the back pockets are very wide set and at an odd angle. It’s extremely unflattering, at least for my wide behind and hips. If it weren’t for that issue they would have been great comfortable work pants to wear with tunic tops. Maybe these work better on other body shapes but not pear shapes!
