Review on 🔆 Deluxe Kit - Warm White - Pro Series 42 LED Panels (3) - 16.75" Length by Cody Mckechnie

I have mixed feelings about this 3 piece set. On a positive note, the light output from the strips is impressive and is a lovely white color without the blue "daylight" quality. I use them under wire racks to light up tangled wires from various electronic devices so I can work on connections. The light bars are so small that they can be easily placed in the limited space available where they work best and are great for my application. On the other hand, this kit looks more like a technical prototype than a finished product. . Exposed LEDs are simply soldered onto a long, narrow, and easily breakable piece of circuit board. This kit comes with all the parts you need to get everything hooked up, but if the included cables aren't right for your application, the additional accessories are grossly overpriced given the generally poor quality of the components. The LED panels almost never get hot when operating, but the included 1 amp power supply gets very hot when all three panels are connected, posing a durability issue and a fire hazard. I would be uncomfortable running more than two of these panels off the power supply unattended. The 12 volt 1 ampere power supply meets the nominal requirements, but rests on the nominal power of 12 watts. I measured 11 watts with three running bars.
