I really like these shoes. This is the third pair of this style that I have, although they used to be white and navy blue. I usually wear a size 9 1/2 but here I'm taking a size 10 so it runs a bit short. The foam insole is very comfortable but not removable. I have to stand for a long time at work, which gives me a lot of energy. The outsole is non-slip. For this third purchase I know two things to do: remove the fabric tag on the tip of the tongue and work on the sole to make it flex more easily. The fabric label wears out the socks over time. The outsole is inherently very stiff, so it needs to be flexed to allow proper movement when walking. Two simple fixes and all is well! The only real downside to this shoe is the ventilation. If your feet sweat a lot, these shoes are NOT for you. There are vents but no mesh.
