Goggles are cute, but they don't protect your eyes from sand when you're driving muddy roads or driving a UTV. When driving on the freeway, they will probably be fine. I didn't like the seal between my face and the lenses. I figured it would be a softer foam that would lay on my face. The material is a harder, less flexible plastic. Hence the reason glasses feel bad in the sand. Maybe it was because of my own ignorance that I didn't know how to buy glasses. I admit I was drawn to bright pink.
