I ordered these for my 15 month old who only has 6 teeth so far. I always thought straw ties were so smart. She seems to like it, although I think the material could be a little stiffer to actually bite. Since it is a straw, you must be careful not to drip saliva from underneath. I am very happy that it came with a brush to be able to clean it from the inside. I can't tell you how many straw cups etc I threw away because I couldn't clean the inside. Also, the material seems to attract lint and pet hair, so keep it off the floor or plan to wash it off frequently. Overall it's a decent price and my daughter loves it.
