HORRIBLE QUALITY. DO NOT BUY

Bought this product a few months ago to get ready for the summer season. I put it on my dog for the first time this weekend. I took her into the water for a swim. She swam for about ten minutes before I noticed something white on her neck. I called them back and the vest fell apart completely! Kind of falls apart after ten minutes of use. If this lifejacket is not designed for use in the water, it cannot be called a lifejacket. I am very dissatisfied with the quality of this product. Revain did the right thing by returning me after my policy expired, but I will not be buying from this seller again. The product is very cheap.
