I've had these mats for about 2 weeks now. They're in my lobby. It's winter now so I wanted something for my boots and to wipe off the salt and snow. Since I've had them, the carpets have never lay flat. They absorb quite well. I've already washed these rugs twice because of the salt and snow and they have already started to tear and fall apart. Of course, these aren't the most expensive rugs, but I didn't expect the genuine rubber base to crack with washing and air drying. Also, they don't lie flat even after washing. I will not buy again.
