The Cure for the Weepy Altima CVT!

I've had a 2010 Altima that's been making a decent highway rumble from the CVT for a few years, probably 110k+. I brought it in under warranty for 119k to see if the CVT failed because I was having more symptoms. They let me know it was a "TCM update" and that the fluid and transmission were fine. Disappointing they didn't replace for free but hey fair enough. I kept having slow nagging/problems. Fast forward a year and almost 140,000 and I had TERRIBLE loud wins, hiss, overheating, limp, slipping, power loss, you name it on the freeway so I searched online. I chose this transfusion fluid based on many success stories and I'm glad I did! I also installed a transcooler which seems to work well, although it only drained 6 liters after one pan drop. Have driven over 1000 miles, plan to drain, fill and replace the pan gasket again in a couple of weeks. So far, so good. I can drive 90 mph on a Florida highway all day and now I don't overheat or whine. Pretty much every problem was 100% solved with this simple solution and it took me about an hour to drain and fill and 2 hours to install the radiator/route the hoses. Remember that once the cooler is installed, you will need about 6.5 liters to fill the system. Be sure to do it. Make no mistake like me, the longer it lasts the more damage it does, and it's not cheap to fix.
