Connected to a 13V power supply, these USB outputs only charge my phone at 0.6 amps. At that rate, it would take over six hours to charge my phone. I tried both USB sockets and multiple charging cables with the same result. This does not meet the specified specifications. The voltmeter is accurate but draws 23mA so it will destroy your battery if left on for too long. It all looks cheap. You have to press hard to get the cables into the ports, but this thing feels so flimsy you don't want to press hard. upset.
