2008 4runner on car charger

is a bit slow, I had to persuade it a bit but it worked. Looks good enough as the display and instructions and hardware are easy to install

Great Upgrade for 4Runner

This is the perfect upgrade for your 4th Gen 4Runner! It's a tight fit, but it's what you'd expect from an aftermarket. The wiring is solid and the plastic is well built! I recommend this USB charger/voltmeter to all Toyota owners.

The volt meter function only worked for five (5) days before it blew.

I used another USB adapter installed before, but I really like the voltmeter function in this adapter, it's very cool. However, once the voltmeter was installed, it only lasted five (5) days. I wired it to only have an on function so it wouldn't be on all the time. The USB still works but the blue light doesn't work. I think it was too good to be true.

Factory View USB Connectors for 4Runner

Fully matches the factory look of the 2007 Toyota 4Runner, fits into empty slots in the center console or left side of the dashboard. Easy to connect, shows voltage. The display is a bit difficult to read in daylight, but not too bright at night either, so it's a good compromise. Each USB port is oriented in opposite directions. So if you have a right angle plug, you can route the cable in the direction you want.

Slow loading process. Not as advertised. Flimsy

Connected to a 13V power supply, these USB outputs only charge my phone at 0.6 amps. At that rate, it would take over six hours to charge my phone. I tried both USB sockets and multiple charging cables with the same result. This does not meet the specified specifications. The voltmeter is accurate but draws 23mA so it will destroy your battery if left on for too long. It all looks cheap. You have to press hard to get the cables into the ports, but this thing feels so flimsy you don't want to…
