I started working from home and my old charger I bought locally went in half in less than a year because it was stored in my car. I've had it in my car with this charging cable for about a week now and it still looks and works like new. I wasn't sure if it would work with my Surface Pro 4 but it works. The last one I bought locally when you barely moved the connector you use to connect it to the Surface Pro 4 popped out every time. I have never experienced this problem with this charger. No matter how much I move the cable or even the tablet, it stays connected. I used it in the car and even took it camping and hooked it up to a power station. No matter where I plug it in, it charges my tablet quickly. This cable not only allowed me to work from home but also fully charged my tablet so I could continue working from home as well.
