Great device. I bought Facebook/Messenger for my mother-in-law with family abroad. The screen is large and can increase the font size, making it suitable for the elderly. I expected the device to be slow (because it was so cheap), but it isn't. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it works and how quickly it responds. The video through the messenger is really clear, both incoming and outgoing. I also like how bright you can set the screen. It's light and easy to hold. You can also enable screen flipping (on all Android OS) and customize the camera! The service is really great. I turned the device on with the wrong button (oops) and it went into some sort of command line mode (my fault). I emailed support and they responded immediately. A++ (thanks Jane @ Hoozo) With every good rating comes small things: 1. The speakers aren't the best. This was NOT a problem for us as she uses a blue toothed headset so she can hear better anyway. There was no document included showing what each key was for and how to reset them and I searched the internet and couldn't find any. (Don't show the plug but if I could make a recommendation I'd say add it to the box and make it easily searchable on the site). In my opinion, nits are not enough to earn the 5 stars I give. All in all, a bang for your buck that you can't beat with this device. I recommend it.
