Back and Hip Pain Relief

My doctor recommended me this type of pillow for back and hip pain relief and it definitely helps. I like how easy it is to fall asleep, but the strap holding it in place seemed useless and even annoying - it was definitely uncomfortable, but I'm a tall person so maybe it's comfortable for skinny people. I just use it without and I really like it
