The product arrived well packaged, in good condition and on time. I connected my VCR to it, connected the HDMI port to the TV, and connected the USB port to the TV. Nothing. Switched HDMI cable - nothing. Switched to a USB outlet and - nothing. Remove the adapter and voila! Painting. The block just didn't work. There is no on/off switch. The only switch is the 720/1080 selection, which I toggled back and forth a bit. I'm pretty sure the operation is easy and I haven't missed anything, but I can't be sure as there are no instructions. I will contact the company for a refund. I will update later.
