Review on Proctor Silex 022333311226 31122 Toaster by Jessica Morris

I had a similar Procter Silex a few years ago and used it until it was ready for use. I switched it to another brand and it took a while but made a terrible toast. Now this one was worn out too and I found Procter Silex here so I decided to buy it. So far so good and the toast comes out better than the previous one I've had. The controls are easy to use. The only thing I don't really care about is the tray under the bars. I reheated a slice of cheese pizza and the cheese melted. I took it out and washed it immediately but the finish on the sample is now discolored and I've read you can't use abrasive cleaners on it. I think the best thing you can do to prevent it from happening again is to use a piece of aluminum foil over it. I would recommend it as a large toaster that doesn't take up much counter space. The cord is about 20 inches long and I don't like having to deal with extra cord.
