I started personal accounts for these people, installed applications, explained how to use them, bought two such machines. We sent together with them an application for 100 capsules as a gift. So what? The Nespresso marketing department refused because suspect us of fraud. Like this. If other companies pay to advertise their brands through "Bring a Friend" promotions, then in Nespresso marketing they hate their customers so much that they do everything they can to ensure that customers do not bring their friends, do not advertise their brand, do not buy their products as a gift, etc. .d. Now there were still guests at NG. And they also wanted such a machine. And if I usually take such ideas into account for a gift, then in this case, Nespresso did everything so that I donated a machine of a different brand and a different capsule technology. It is also bad that the company did not even deign to ask questions, understand the situation, report their doubts, ask for a passport / photo. Nothing. Apparently, the company is asleep and sees how scammers are sitting, catching people on the street, forcing them to buy cars, order capsules to their home addresses, so that later they can come and pick up 100 capsules as a gift (that is, only 50% off). Maybe there are such somewhere, but for one such there will be a thousand honest ones. Which the company will drive away from the brand. And not only them, but also all their relatives, friends, etc. 2. The site is very slow. The first order was issued twice - as a result, I lost the opportunity to participate in the promotion 3. The second time I bought all the most expensive capsules for 10k - the company said that the shares are not cumulative and you need to place two orders of 5k each. It's easier to go to another store with such a service)

Since this is an essential condition of the deal, you can legally return the car, but if quality service and customer focus of the brand are important to you, then it’s better to immediately take a car of another brand and technology. But in general, Nespresso does a useful job - by all means offers to buy capsules not from them, but from roasters. As a result, you will join more delicious drinks - and there you can reach the horn / machine at hand :)
