Actually bamboo, but 40/60 viscose/polyester blend. I researched this and viscose is made from bamboo viscose. So it consists of 40% bamboo viscose. During my research, I found that this is a common mix ratio for cheaper sheets. When made from 100% bamboo viscose, the sheets are also in the $100 range. These sheets were well packaged in duffel style compared to a square or rectangular vinyl bag and have strong handles so the bag can be reused for something - beach carrier, kids toys, pet toys etc lots of waste. The sheets came out of the box soft but had an unpleasant musty smell - due to packaging and storage I guess so they ended up in the washing machine. The color is a soft sage green and matches the samples on the internet. The leaves came out beautiful, soft, odorless, without wrinkles, and the color of the leaves did not change. They also came out of the washing machine almost dry, so they absorb moisture very well, which is one of the advantages of bamboo panels. We have a king size bed with an 8 inch memory foam cover. Topper and mattress but as most deep pocket sheets are not like that we have one sheet to cover the mattress and one to cover the toppers and there is enough room for that. you are skinny They're not too thin, just a note - you can hold them up in a window and see the light through them pretty clearly. They are also 35.48 for a king size sheet set. I wasn't expecting them to be heavy sheets so that's not a problem for me. All in all - for 35.48 I would and will buy more sets and feel safe with that.
