Great looking design. Fits a bit larger than what I'd consider "regular fit". The material is very shiny. As for being wrinkle-free, it came out of the bag incredibly wrinkled but was machine washed and so far doesn't wrinkle worse than any other shirt. The collar length, prior to washing, didn't seem even on both sides due to packaging, I hope. It's a tad long to wear untucked (I'm over 6 feet tall) and the sleeves are long but the sleeve length doesn't bother me. I got this to wear under a vest or blazer while playing music, so it suits that purpose. Despite the shiny material, it washed and pressed rather easily. I don't know for certain, but it seems to feel and look like the polyester content might be higher than stated. I've worn 65% cotton shirts for years because Iike the blend and, as stated previously, it's very shiny.
