I read Stop Woofer reviews mainly to control my dog's misbehavior. I liked the idea of using ultrasound instead of ECT for obedience training. Unfortunately, my dog didn't seem to notice the beep and ultrasound. I know he heard the ultrasonic frequency because he responded when I first used it. But for some reason he was unaffected by the sound and decided to completely ignore the ultrasonic frequency. I asked for a refund and Stop Woofer was happy to respond and issue the loan with no questions asked. I was very pleased with their commitment to customer satisfaction.
