It's very easy once you get used it! The program works great if your employees understand how they need apply in order for them not miss anything out when applying which happens quite often because people don't know what exactly needs submitted along side an email address etc.. I would say this product helps keep things organized but sometimes there may still come up errors where some information gets lost such getting emails from colleges about missed deadlines ect... But overall its been helpful keeping everything straightened away plus we've realized less mistakes being made since using TM.
