Description of TuitionManager

HostedHR’s TuitionManager software is a cloud-based service for submitting, approving, and managing tuition reimbursement applications. Employees are able to add and track degree progress as well as easily track their tuition reimbursement application status. Supervisors, HR, and other approvers review grades, receipts, and approve/reject with a click of a button. Eligibility and policy requirements are all enforced through the online system, so that tuition administrators no longer have to manually calculate employee balances or eligibility criteria. Employee payments can also be seamlessly integrated with client Payroll systems. TuitionManager clients experience a significant ROI through both cost and time savings as well as a more efficient process.

Very useful especially to those who are new at managing their job searches

It's very easy once you get used it! The program works great if your employees understand how they need apply in order for them not miss anything out when applying which happens quite often because people don't know what exactly needs submitted along side an email address etc.. I would say this product helps keep things organized but sometimes there may still come up errors where some information gets lost such getting emails from colleges about missed deadlines ect... But overall its been…

Tuami is great for managing employee benefits

I like how easy it was set up - there were not many steps required! The ability in having multiple payers at one place made things easier when we had students who needed different types approval (medical vs non medical). It would've been nice if you could see where your student's info went once they submitted an app but this isn't something i dislike per se just wish some features from previous versions still existed here & maybe someday will? We used Tumanager mostly because our school has…

  • Great support team for questions answered quickly.
  • Ability within system itself that allowed me track progress, statuses etc without emailing my admin or other people involved with process each time new action happened
  • Fast response times/support tickets are resolved very fast by great customer service staff as wellas developers working behind scenes making updates regularly :)

Overall great software for keeping track and reporting

I like how easy it was to navigate once you get used to it. It took me a while but now that i'm familiar with everything i've been using it in an effective way. Sometimes when your not logged into the app it will refresh itself which makes it look like its still loading. But if you're just looking at one page then nothing happens. There's really nothing much i dislike about this program aside from the fact that sometimes refreshing wont work right away. The biggest problem we were having…
