Review on 🐚 iPearl mCover Hard Shell CASE for 15.6" Dell XPS 15 9550/9560 / Precision 5510 Series Laptop (Released After Sept. 2015) - Aqua by Johnnie Bowlan

I want to warn you that there just aren't many protective cases for this model of laptop. I had hundreds of options to choose from when I had a MacBook Pro for work and missed it so much. I ordered this second one after ordering a more expensive case which caused my laptop to get very hot when charging. This particular shell easily snaps into two pieces at the back of the monitor and the bottom of the keyboard, but they're not particularly strong. The dimensions are just too small, so the brackets that are supposed to hold it slip out of place almost every time you close the laptop. It also prevents the laptop from shutting down completely, which can cause problems with dirt damaging the screen or keyboard while you're traveling with it. The built-in kickstand on the bottom is probably my favorite feature of the case. If other options arise I'll probably take the opportunity to buy instead, but that's enough for now.
