More of a decent prototype than a finished version

I bought them mainly for beatsaber because I was tired of killing hands on Expert+ cards. I was excited to use something that would appear like I was actually wielding a lightsaber while embarking on cardboard genocide. They work for this purpose, but not as well as I had hoped. The two main concerns I have with this product are about comfort. 1) The "Blade" balance is very difficult. This means that if you rock these things in beatsaber, you end up putting a lot more effort into each beat. I compensate by panting all the way up so that only half of my fingers are on the foam padding. While this allows me to swing the saber with better control and less effort, it causes my second problem with this product. 2) Embossed 3D inscriptions and stars are extremely inconvenient. The star actually started cutting into my thumb and causing blisters, so I had to shave it off and then cover the top with duct tape. The other issues I have with him are minor compared to him. Since I was choking on the saber and swinging more like a drumstick, I found that the wrist straps were too short to allow adequate movement of the saber out of my hand. Another issue most people have with this product is that it takes a long time to screw the controller into the grips; that's for sure, but I don't switch controllers too often to avoid getting in trouble. Overall the product is more of a prototype and if AMVR makes a new version that corrects the balance of the handles I would definitely buy again.
