First of all the shoes didn't have a metal tag on the back heel that said 'fashion' which was my main selling point. Shoes didn't come in a box. As you can see, the shoes look worn and the inner fur is falling off. Whoever packaged and shipped this mess should be fired because they didn't seem to care.
