So far so good. Enjoy the taste of pure water. Although the water in our home is potable, we noticed a big difference from what we drank. We use filtered water for coffee, ice tea, ice cubes and give it to our dogs. Setup was easy. It is strongly recommended to buy with a separate faucet to avoid using filtered water when washing dishes. Updated 7/3/2021 : We recently had an issue with poor water flow as it slowed down almost to the point of dripping. It became tedious to use as it took forever to fill anything. However, I contacted support via email and received a reply with some troubleshooting tips. If you are having water flow issues, be aware that just like a faucet, calcium can build up and may need to be flushed or removed from the system. I would give 10 stars if I could because of the amazing customer service combined with an already great product. The following worked great and our filtered water started flowing again. If the connection is correct (inlet and outlet lines), you can follow these steps to solve the problem: - Shut off the water supply to the filter. - Properly disconnect both hoses from the filter (guide attached). - Connect the **inlet hose to the OUTLET** on the filter and also connect another hose. - Turn on the water supply for at least **3 minutes** - Turn off the tap, turn off the water supply again - Disconnect both hoses and restore the original connection - Turn on the water supply and tap and now check the flow rate.
